Terms of Service

This is a working draft of the terms on which Banjao (banjao.in and its apps and consoles) is offered. It is being finalized by our legal counsel and is not yet binding. By using Banjao during this period you agree to use it reasonably and lawfully as described below; the final terms will replace this page.

Who can use Banjao

Banjao is a platform for facilities, service providers, and the workers they employ, to schedule shifts, record attendance with proof, and build a verified work record. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by submitting false attendance or verification data, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, or using the platform to break the law. Worker verification records are built from operator-confirmed, GPS-anchored check-ins; they are meant to reflect real work, not to be manufactured.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (also a working draft). Workers control whether their verification credential is shared publicly.

Availability & changes

Banjao is provided on an “as is” basis during this early period, and features may change. We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here. The definitive terms — including provisions on liability, dispute resolution, and governing law — are being prepared with our legal counsel.

Governing law & contact

Banjao operates in India and intends these terms to be governed by Indian law (to be confirmed in the final terms). Questions about these terms can be sent to support@banjao.in.
