About Banjao
What Banjao is for
Security guards, housekeepers and caretakers keep buildings running, and almost none of that work leaves a record. When a post is empty at 6am, nobody can prove it later. When a worker has done four hundred shifts, they have nothing to show for it.
Banjao records physical work as it happens, so a facility can see who is on site, a provider can prove what was delivered, and a worker owns a record that travels with them.
What we believe
Records should be facts, not opinions.
Banjao counts what happened. It does not score people.
A record nobody can edit is worth more than a report anyone can.
Attendance cannot be changed after it is written, by anyone, including us.
Nobody is left out.
A worker without a smartphone is checked in at the site desk, with the reason recorded.
