Grievance Redressal
This is a working draft describing how to raise a concern about your personal data with Banjao under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). The final process, including a named Grievance Officer and response timelines, will be confirmed by our legal counsel.
How to raise a grievance
If you have a concern about how your personal data is collected, used, shared, or retained — or you want to exercise a right such as access, correction, or deletion — email support@banjao.in. Please include your name, your Banjao ID if you have one, and a description of your concern so we can look into it.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your message and work to resolve the issue. The formal acknowledgement and resolution timelines required under the DPDP Act are being finalized with our legal counsel and will be stated here in the final policy.
